The Lost Boys of Sudan

This is the cover story from Sunday's Boston Globe. It is worth your read just because of what these boys have lived through in their short lives and the new start they will now be getting. Don't forget to look through the picture gallery. The family in all the photos is my sister's family (the Goodmans). In December, four of the these teenagers joined their household:two will move on in a couple of months. Two will stay, including the 13 year old in the photos My class is very interested in learning about these boys. Basketball fans may remember Manute Bol who played in the NBA. He is from the same Dinka tribe. He is the tallest man (7'7") to ever play in the NBA (he weighed only 190 pounds however)
